<p><strong>New Delhi: </strong>On Tuesday the Centre wrote to various states and Union Territories because there has been a steady rise in Covid cases. The Centre listed out various strategies to battle the worseing situation.</p> <p>“Some districts that saw a high number of cases in August-November are again seeing high growth rates of cases.
